The Part Time Jobs & Volunteering Work Fair is a free event that gives you the opportunity to meet lots of employers offering:

• Part-time jobs in the local area: Paid jobs that can fit around your study commitments in the evenings and at weekends or vacation-periods (Christmas, Easter or Summer).
• Voluntary Work: Unpaid volunteering opportunities

Some employers will be handing out application forms, some will accept your CV and others will just want to chat to you and take your contact details. These vacancies can provide valuable opportunities to gain experiences and develop employment skills that can help you stand out from other applicants in the graduate job market in the future.

Is your CV ready to give to employers? 

If not, come to one of our CV-drop in sessions for feedback and suggestions. Every day, Monday to Friday between 10am-12pm and 2pm-4pm. No booking needed. 

Staff from Careers & Enterprise Team will be available on the day at the fair to answer any quick questions about finding suitable work experience, making job applications and other job/career related issues.
