Sanctuary Scholarship Award 2026/2027

This scholarship is offered to those seeking asylum or with limited status due to seeking asylum in the UK.

Please read the guidance on our webpage before filling in this form. Please note that the funding is guaranteed for three year UG degree programmes, and for the minimum duration of a postgraduate masters course, this includes NHS & Social Work courses for 2026/27. We cannot however fund courses with self funding elements (e.g. 'with Pilot Studies') You must have an offer from the University via UCAS for a course in September 2026. We cannot consider your application without this.

Please note, we will be prioritising applicants that live in the Greater Manchester area, or are able to prove that they have somewhere in the Greater Manchester area to live, or those that are a Care Leaver supported by a Local Authority.
